Adding a base map

Hi Sulemani. I think it has to do with the QGIS version you are using. I could not find the option on QGIS version 3.12 but I upgraded to 3.14 and the option to add XYZ layer was there in the. ‘add layer’ menu. Maybe you should try the version or a newer version of you haven’t already

Please can you let me know at what level you got stock.

Did you see the Add xyz layer in add layer?
